To begin our integration with Intercom, you must have a WeHelp account, if you do not already have one, create your account for free.

Our system has several modules that can be used in an integrated or isolated way. Intelligent real-time monitoring streams that fit all types of business.

In our dashboard you can already very objectively view both your performance indicators (NPS, Touchpoints and problem search) as well as the results of your search segmentation (age, gender, period, class, etc.).

Create your Survey

Before starting the configuration in Intercom, a search of type "SITE" must be created. It is necessary to be able to organize and manage the answers.

Intercom Configuration

After you have completed the integration with Intercom and created your survey, you should now configure our application. Create or edit your messages and add the WeHelp App. A form will be displayed, and you must complete all the fields presented.

Choose a survey to relate Intercom chat responses, an experience code, and also indicate which business unit within the WeHelp system you want to relate your responses to.

Your application is now ready for use.

Visualize your responses

Within the customer view we added a card with the note, comment and date that was answered. With each new response a new card is created.

In our dashboard you can already very objectively view both your performance indicators (NPS, Touchpoints and problem search) as well as the results of your search segmentation (age, gender, period, class, etc.).
